Our General Policy on Digital Products

All products sold through Sonderlynd and its subsidiary brands — Skyfisher Studios, Living Arts Press, Mothers of Women in Crisis, and Ides Portrait — are delivered as instant-access digital files (PDF format). Because of the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

We take this policy seriously because we invest significant time and care into every product we create, and we want to be transparent with you before you purchase.

Exceptions We Will Always Honor

We believe in standing behind our work. If any of the following apply to your situation, please contact us and we will make it right:

• Technical failure: Your download link did not work, expired before you could access it, or the file was corrupted upon delivery.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product.
• Wrong product delivered: You received a file that does not match the product you purchased.

In any of these cases, contact us at the email address for the relevant brand (listed below) within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
